We do not provide returns or exchanges without a valid reason (i.e. when the product has no defects). If the product has any quality issues, we will provide warranty service within the warranty period.

To request warranty service, please contact us at service@vector2007.com. If your request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items), personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We also cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
Exchanges are only available in cases of quality issues, damages, or shipping errors. The fastest way to receive the correct item is to request a return for the faulty product, and once approved, place a new order.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return within 48 hours. If the request is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. Typically, refunds are completed within 7-15 days.
